Simone de Beauvoir- the french feminist

Bonjour 😉,
First of all I want to apologize for not having published more posts the past week! I just didn't have the right inspiration and I was sick. To make it up to you guys I have decided to publish another post tomorrow and Monday too! (Then it will go back to the normal routine) Anyhow you might be wondering why I wrote hello in French. This is because today I am going to write my post about a French woman!

She was an author, journalist and philosopher. But what interest us the most is her work  as a women's rights activist. She is the one and only Simone de Beauvoir. She wrote amazing books, such as "The second sex" where I found this incredible quote

“One is not born, but rather becomes, a woman.”

I think by this she means, that when you are born you are a human being and when you grow up you become a woman and everything changes. I really love this quote, and I think it is pretty famous... I think! Another quote that I like because it makes me think of love (❤♡💗💛💚💜💖)

“Two separate beings, in different circumstances, face to face in freedom and seeking justification of their existence through one another, will always live an adventure full of risk and promise."

What do you think about these two quotes?
Do you know a woman that you would like me to talk about on the next post? If yes then e-mail me some facts and what you think is so great about her!
Have you done something to raise awareness in the past months, weeks?

I am very sorry but that is it for today! (I am lazy today... SORRY) I'll "see" you tomorrow then. Spread the news about this blog and stay tuned! ✊♀🚺 BYEEEEEE

Another question... What would you do if you lived in a country in war and many of women and girls have been killed and you can't do anything, at all? (Maybe will mention something similar tomorrow)
P.S.: Has ANYONE done the challenge? Spread the news about that too if you want to RAISE AWARNESS!
